Massie to Run for Kentucky Congressional Seat

Republican Thomas Massie of Vanceburg, Kentucky will run for Congress in Kentucky in an attempt to take the seat of retiring U.S. Sen. Geoff Davis in the 4th District, reports the Washington Examiner.

Ryan Hogan, top aid to Republican Rand Paul, will serve as Massie’s campaign manager.

Massie, the third Republican to enter the race, has been working as Lewis County judge-executive for the past two years.
Massie will be fighting for Davis’ seat with state Rep. Alecia Webb-Edington of Fort Wright and Boone County Judge-Executive Gary Moore of Pleasant Valley.
